1. Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact our customer service<\/a> immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to technical failure or other circumstances beyond the control of Keytive.com, your order confirmation may be late or not received at all. If your order confirmation is delayed for more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Keytive.com payment services are securely handled by Stripe, Inc. and Kustom AB, ensuring secure and reliable transactions. Both payment methods employ 3D-Secure technology to safeguard your card transactions online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stripe: Payments processed through Stripe, Inc. provide a secure and seamless checkout experience and allow purchases to be completed using supported payment methods such as debit or credit cards. Kustom Checkout: Payments processed through the Kustom Checkout solution provided by Kustom AB manage the checkout interface and display the payment methods available for your purchase. Kustom does not process payments directly; depending on the selected payment method, payment processing is handled by a separate payment service provider. 3. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Digital goods (product keys) are delivered immediately to the email address provided by the Customer at the order stage. In rare cases, technical delays of 1-5 minutes may occur. If you cannot find your email after placing your order, we recommend that you check your SPAM folder (junk mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the delivery time for your digital products exceeds the expected delay of 5 minutes, we urge you to immediately contact our customer service. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate measures to ensure that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. We are always committed to clearly communicating any delays to our customers, and we strive to actively minimize any inconvenience that may arise due to delivery delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All prices in the shop are quoted in EUR and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, technical errors, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prices displayed in the English language shop are subject to variation based on the Customer’s country of residence. The currency used for transactions will depend on the Customer’s location. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, and the applicable percentage will be determined by the country in which the Customer is located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Product information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All product images and descriptions provided on Keytive.com are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that the images on Keytive.com may differ depending on the colour setting of your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Campaigns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Right of return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unlike physical goods, there is no right of return when purchasing digital products. This applies to all digital goods that are sent automatically in connection with a purchase. The normal 14 day right of return for distance selling does not apply to our products due to their nature according to 2005:59 Chapter 2 \u00a7 11:11 Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (2005:59) due to the nature of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consumer waives the right of return when an order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Complaint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The right to make a complaint covers goods that are faulty according to the applicable consumer protection legislation. If there is a problem with any digital product or if an item is missing, the Customer must contact Keytive.com customer service at support@keytive.com. The legislation grants the customer the right to make a complaint about a product within three years and two months from the date of purchase, provided that the complaint is submitted within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. When making a complaint, the order number and the reason for the complaint should be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we have received your complaint, we will review it and notify you of our decision as soon as possible. If we approve the complaint, we will rectify the issue, replace the product, or provide you with a refund, depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keytive.com reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to current consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Dispute<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the Customer, you as a Customer can turn to the General Complaints Board<\/a> in Sweden or by mail to the following address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product. We do not accept any liability for delays\/faults due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labour disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products\/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Modification of conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Keytive.com reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time and without the Customer’s prior approval. Any such change will be posted on the Website.
